Cheap Decks II

A lot of new tribal creatures have come to magic. One of them are the vampires. Before zendikar, vampires are expensive creatures with no deck around them.
Actually, the vampires are in a lot of movies, books, serials and now Wizard of the Coast have created a low cost black creatures arround them. I´ve bought the cards in internet and my deck is something like that:

Report ECQ Valladolid

A great tournament with great people. I played with my "Dream Wooooooorld" deck, and it only won the first one. 4 VP 1 GW.
The key play was in the 3º table. I played "two wrongs" to a telephatic misdirection and he played me a sudden reversal. It was really stranger. I don´t see so much sudden in tournaments. At the next turn, with 1 pool, I played my 5th spell of life, but I needed 1 stealth and my prey played "dark influences" to the last intercept card (we had made a pact) and then he played another sudden reversal. Really stranger xD.

My Black Rogue Deck

At least I´ve bought some cards in ebay to complete my rogue deck. Now it´s totally black, only has 2 Notorious Throng. This deck is the funiest I´ve ever played, and it´s really competitive and relative cheap (15 euros).

Get out Huchipuchi as fast as you can and when you know what disciplines your prey plays, put a skill of fortitude and play a minion tap on Huchipuchi. Then play Great Beast with daring the dawn. Once the beast is ready choose fortitude and two of the disciplines your prey plays, take out Agaitas and start playing with the cards of your prey. If the beast falls, you have Ian who can also play all disciplines. It is a very difficult deck but very fun because every game is completely different to the previous one. Enjoy it!

Torneo VTES Mayo 2008 Valladolid

Puedo decir sin miedo a equivocarme que en este torneo he descubierto lo que vale la palabra de la gente. He visto como para unos no vale nada y otros son consecuentes con ella. Así que a partir de ahora trataré a cada uno en consecuencia.
Dicho esto y dejando a un lado la mala ostia que pillé el viernes por la noche, el torneo fue bastante tranquilito. Debido al puente supongo el local estuvo casi vacío todo el día y no tuvimos mucho jaleo. Al final el chico de Vitoria llegó sano y salvo y de salamanca vinieron un par también. David se animó y entre todos juntamos 7 jugadores. Un número horrible para hacer un torneo, así que chon decidió que hiciéramos dos rondas de 5, 4 y 5 cada uno y luego la final. Fue tan corto el torneo que al final jugamos una pachanga de 6.













1º ronda, no me dio tiempo de hacer nada ya que chon (!toreador bleed) empezó muy fuerte, aunque sólo consiguió mi punto y se terminó estampando contra hazimel. Hubo por ahí pactos bastante raros entre David y Angel para echar a Arika cuando David le tenía a tiro y este pacto le dio a Angel la mesa y a David 0 puntos. Fue curioso cuanto menos.













2º ronda, mi presa era un tifón de ventrues de bleed y se llevó por delante a 2 matusalenes antes del 1vs 1 contra cybele y la bestia. La cantidad ingente de pool que ganaba y que con los temptations le robé a sus propios vampiros para diabolizarse a si mismo me dio el punto de mesa, que fue el único que gané en todo el torneo.













3º ronda, en esta ya no jugaba yo. El de salamanca de bleed terminó con hazimel en 5 turnos. Algo que nunca había visto. Se recorrió toda la mesa hasta que se encontró con saulot, que se llevó el punto de mesa.

Final. Pues elegía segundo así que me puse de presa de David (Tzimiches con dementación de bleed) y el turbo bleed como sabía que no llevaba deflections pues me eligió como presa. No me salió la gema así que me arriesgué a sacar a la bestia sin cybele y a estamparla contra sus ventruecitos. La mesa por miedo a sus bleeds sin control me ayudó a neutralizarlo en las cazas de sangre. Pero luego, mi metrapresa con saulot aprovechó este desajuste y se llevó los 5 puntos de victoria poco a poco.
Sólo por la panzada que se dió desde vitoria se lo merecía. Se llevó el título de Azote de Valladolid y el de salamanca se llevó el de "Zote" XD.
Como eran las 4.30 y nos quedamos con ganas de más echamos una pachanga de 6. En la que me llevé 4 y mesa, ya podía haberse dao así de bien en el torneo... Cachis!













Quedé 4º en un torneo de 7 personas un poco triste la verdad ;-(
Muchas gracias a los que vinisteis de fuera a echar unas cartas y los que no pudisteis, por motivos sobradamente justificados, para otra vez será.
Además de la experiencia y de conocer a gente de fuera, me he llevado pa´l body 1 parity, 1 magic of the smith, 1 concealed, 1 narrow minds!!!! :-), 5 nergales ADV y un montón de comunes e infres. Ole!
