All wednesday from now on we are going to play vtes from 4.30 to 8.30

Yerterday I played 2 games. I played the first one with my spell of life´s deck who wins 4 VP and 1 GW and the second one was a block deck with mercy of set.

The first table was:

1º Toreador (Rubén)---> Spell of Life (Me) ---> Akunanse block (Sergio) ----> Assamite block (Angel)

I started getting out as followers of set as I could and I was playing a spell of life each turn. The laibons couldn´t stop all my +1 stealth actions and when I got out 4 mommies with an unmasking in play the game was over. I played a dream world and 11 minions with 2 bleed... Sergio forgot that he can´t block allies with the "no secrets of the magaji" and my mommies went throught his defenses.

The second one was:

1º True Brujah Multi Rush (Angel)----> Mercy of set deck (Me) ----> Assamite Block (Rubén)----> Akunanse (Sergio)

I won 0 VP in that table, but I love this deck and this card: Mercy for Seth, so I enjoyed as always. It ended by time. Angel: 1.5, Sergio 0.5, Rubén 0.5 and me 0 xD.

A new CCG (WoW TCG)

I saw a really good offer in internet and I´ve bought 3 wow tcg´s decks to play with my friends. For 9 Euros we bought a raid deck too to play 4 players at the same time.
WoW TcG is a card game 1vs1 from the people who designed Versus. In this game you are a Hero, and you must defeat the opoosite one. You can join the Horde, the Alliance or the Burning Legion.
I have to say that I love this game. I have two PJ in a pirate server of World of Warcraft, and I enjoy playing the same powers that I have in the Pc game. The illustrations are great and the raid deck is a really good idea. 3 players against 1, like the nergal´s storyline.

Patapon is a psp´s game that I love. For me is the best game of the last year.

Freak combo of the month

What do you think if I tell you that you can put in play 5 mummies at the third or fourth turn with no pool cost?

First at all influence Mata Hari. In your master phase play Madness Network. Then play clan impersonation and choose Malkavian. Freak Drive. Spell of Life. Freak Drive. Your prey´s turn: Spell of Life, freak drive...
You can play a spell of life each player´s turn.

It has a lot of problems as Mata Hari´s blood isn´t infinite or they can block your spell life´s actions or they may burn your madness network... But is a freak combo! So it´s only for enjoyment!

Also you can play this deck idea seriously and give matahari some protection before you play all the spell of life at the same turn. I´m working a deck that maybe can win some VP with this idea, perhaps you could help me...

I hope that LSJ let me do this... I haven´t asked him yet. xD

WoD MMORPG (2010)

I read this in a world of Darkness forum:
"After the release of Eve Online’s expansion in March, the company (CCP and White Wolf) will focus on creating another multi-player game based on the popular World of Darkness fictional universes created by White Wolf."

And we should expect the WOD MMO in 2010. It's a nice find indeed.

Kuei-Jin

Long Time ago, Disco stu created a set with 490 cards about the Kuei-Jin and the east Vampires. It´s based in the White Wolf´s books: Kindred of the East.
I love those asian guys, and I really enjoyed reading it. Perhaps this set has influenced the next Vtes expansion: KotEK... Kindred of the East: Kuei-Jin xD
We´ll never know it... until May.

The black creature is for my massive discard deck, and the blue one is the only way to play some artifact criatures from now on.


For me is a really bad set, with high costs and ridiculous criatures with 5 colours.

I prefer Vtes much more than Magic, but it´s true that magic have much better Illustrators and much more money on the table. It really hurts.
